British actress, Liz Hurley, 53, has caused a debate online over the plunging dress she wore
to the Thanksgiving dinner organized by US Ambassador Woody Johnson at the Winfield House on Wednesday.
The actress was dressesd in a black dress with a cut-out that exposed her ample cleavage and many are saying the dress wasn't suitable for the event.
