The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, has accused the Nigerian Army of interfering in the March 9th governorship election in Rivers state.
A statement released by the commission said the commission suspended all electoral processes like collation of results in the state because of how some soldiers were interfering at the collation centers. Read the statement below..
