A Nigerian lady got more than she hoped for when she tweeted, 'hey guys. I need your help. I suffer from depression and suicidal thoughts and I just don't think I can do this on my own anymore. Please I need an accessible and affordable mental health care facility in Lagos that I can go for professional help'.

She got so much love and support from the likes of Betty Irabor and more that she's had to drop a follow up tweet that reads, 'I'm so overwhelmed and I can't stop crying. Seeing all the replies, I never thought I would get this kind of response. I can't count how many times I've started up a tweet like this and deleted it. I'm so thankful guys'.
