Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child any moment soon as their surrogate has gone into labour .
The news broke minutes ago on Ellen Show.
Ellen had invited Kris Jenner for a mother’s day edition of her show and Kourtney showed up to surprise Kris with all her grand children .
Kim who was supposed to show up didn’t make it and Kourtney said “My mother probably doesn’t know this but Kim’s surrogate just went into labour.
