A Nigerian lawyer who sued Ogun State Police Command for harassment and attempts to arrest him without possible cause, has been awarded N1m after a court sitting at Abeokuta entered judgement in his favour this morning.
Taking to his Twitter page to celebrate, @Agbejoro_ wrote: 'Sued the Nigerian Police at Ogun state police command for harassment and attempts to arrest me without possible cause. The court today sitting at Abeokuta entered judgement in my favour... The Police is owing me 1 million Naira.'
