Arsenal and Manchester City head the queue for Real Madrid playmaker Isco.
Mundo Deportivo says Gunners boss Unai Emery is lining up a replacement for Mesut Ozil and has settled on the Spain star.
Isco has seemingly fallen out of favour once again at the Bernabeu and has made only five appearances this season, but would still command a fee of up to £60million.
Zinedine Zidane could be tempted to cash in on the 27-year-old in January, and Emery will be tempted to make a move if he is able to offload Ozil and his £350,000-a-week wages.
But they face problems if City enter the running, with Pep Guardiola keen to recruit a replacement for David Silva, who is set to leave at the end of the season.
