Arsenal will consider selling Grant Xhaka in January after he was stripped of the club captaincy.
Gunners boss Unai Emery informed Xhaka that he would no longer lead the club on Tuesday, following his extraordinary fallout with the club's supporters.
The Mirror says Xhaka may not have a future at the club after Emery failed to confirm if the midfielder would stay.
"The future is Arsenal's future. We have a very important match on Saturday," he said.
Emery has refused to give Xhaka – left out of the Gunners squad again for Wednesday's Europa League trip to VitoriaGuimaraes - any assurances over his long-term future at the Emirates.
