Leroy Sane is prepared to run down his contract at Manchester City.
Sane remains determined to sign for Bayern Munich, but has become frustrated with City's asking price of €80m - despite only a year to run on his current deal.
Bayern's last offer was for €45m and they're unlikely to return with an improved bid.
Sport1 says Sane is fed-up and agreed with his agents that the best option now is to run down his deal with City and commit to Bayern on January 1 by signing a pre-contract.
Sane would then sign for Bayern next summer for nothing - a move which would suit the German giants.
