Nia Long isn’t stocking up on expensive beauty products to maintain her youthful looks as the actress has revealed the pretty basic secrets to her ageless beauty.
The 49-year-old has returned to screens this month in Netflix thriller Fatal Affair and, aside from the tense action, viewers can’t stop talking about how Nia hasn’t aged a day over the past few decades.
It might be hard to believe but Nia turns 50 in October and she seems to be pretty amused by the commentary on her looks. ‘Nia Long hasnt aged since Love Jones wtf. What’s the secret sis? [sic]’ one Twitter follower wondered.
The actress then laughed: ‘Lol! Water, sex and vitamins :).’ We’re guessing that’s water from the fountain of youth? Nia’s fans were living for her witty response and one joked: ‘Ok I got the water and vitamins for sure,’ while another shared their sentiment, replying: ‘Nobwonder I look so old. I lack one of those [sic].’
However one follower was pretty confident and weighed in: ‘Well I need a list of the Vitamins Sis, I already got the other two covered.’ Lol! Water, sex and vitamins :) https://t.co/mcLg5h9GCI

Another was in desperate need of specifics and requested: ‘What kind of water? What kind of sex? What kind of vitamins?’
Fatal Attraction sees Nia reunite on-screen with her Alfie co-star Omar Epps, who plays David, an old friend of married attorney Ellie (Long) who becomes obsessed with her when they reconnect.
While the movie spent the weekend at number one on Netflix in the US, it has received mixed reviews from fans and critics.
‘I was literally saying “ COME ON “ out loud at the screen in some of the scenes,’ one viewer critiqued.
In two minds about the psychological thriller, another said: ‘Family movie last night was #FatalAffairNetflix and I forgot how much fun a bad movie could be. The dancing to the broken record of “Forget me nots” killed me.’
The film also earned comparisons to 1987 classic Fatal Attraction, with one commenting: ‘One viewer pointed out its similarity to other stalker thrillers as they wrote: ‘Sooooo y’all they really playing us like these all ain’t basically the same movie [sic].’
Regardless, Nia was thrilled to share the screen again with her longtime friend Omar and told OprahMag.com: ‘Omar is like my brother, so when I read the script he was the first person I thought of. This is a different genre for both of us. ‘I thought it would be really interesting for him to play a character that was twisted and delusional and really scary. I’ve never done a thriller, and I wanted some good back-up so I called my friend Omar.’
