Will Meghan Markle steal Kate Middleton's thunder? (Photos)

They say that life begins at 40 (up until then, you’re apparently doing research). So, the fact that Kate Middleton reaches the big 4-0 this week is a pivotal moment in the duchess’ life – and, indeed, a pivotal moment for the monarchy, especially since Kate’s taking an increasingly more central role in the family as the Queen scales back her duties.

So, it’s fair to assume that all eyes will and should be on the birthday girl over the next few weeks.

But according to insiders, there’s fear among palace aides that a Sussex-shaped cloud could appear at any minute and cast a shadow over celebrations.

After all, it’s long been noted that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a habit of dropping bombshells at the very worst of times and consequently taking the spotlight from the royals.

And while there’s no suggestion that they do it intentionally, there’s no denying that there have been a fair few coincidences over the years when it comes to ill-timed photo opps and revelations.

Now, we’re told, palace officials are holding their breath and desperately hoping that they make it through Kate’s birthday without a Sussex truth bomb dropping without warning.

“There’s a very real fear inside the palace about what Harry and Meghan could do that may consequently overshadow Kate’s birthday,” says an insider close to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who will be celebrating Kate’s birthday on 9 January with their three children, Prince George, eight, Princess Charlotte, six, and three-year-old Prince Louis.

“If it sounds negative or cynical to be thinking this way, it’s only because the Sussexes – and, to be honest, Meghan in particular – have a history of speaking up at the worst possible time. So, when it comes to many members of the royal family, they’re always on guard.”

Let’s be clear: now that Harry and Meghan lead very separate lives to Kate and William and the rest of the royals, it’s no surprise that revelations and engagements sometimes clash and overlap – after all, these days, there’s reportedly little to no communication between them.

Still, there’s no denying that, whether inadvertent or not, there have been moments in the past when Harry and Meghan have seemed to divert attention from pivotal moments in the royal family – even when they were all a lot more informed regarding each others’ diary commitments.

Two years ago this week, the Sussexes dropped their infamous Megxit social media post, breaking the internet with the news that they were stepping down as senior royals.

And the date of this bombshell post? It was 8 January – just one day before Kate’s 38th birthday, which was not missed by royal watchers or the media.

And, back in 2018, Harry and Meghan reportedly told the royals that they were expecting their first child, Archie, now two, on the morning of Princess Eugenie’s wedding.

At the time, sources said the timing of their news “did not go down well”. Less than a year later, the pair, who are also parents to seven-month-old Lilibet, ruffled feathers again by posting never-before-seen pictures of their own wedding on the same day that Kensington Palace announced that Kate was working on a huge project for the Chelsea Flower Show.

Meghan Markle branded 'a woman at war with everyone' (Photos)

A TV host launched into a brutal verbal  attack on Meghan Markle on live television, accusing her of being "a woman at war with everyone".

During an analysis of the Queen's speech and other Royal Family events over Christmas, TV host and writer Sophile Elsworth had many positive things to say about Kate Middleton and Her Majesty.

But things turned sour when the Aussie unloaded fierce criticism at the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Express reports.

When asked whether Harry and Meghan would be "welcome around the Christmas table" by the Queen, Ms Elsworth claimed the California-based pair "would absolutely not" be.

She went further in her analysis, noting: “The Queen in her speech didn’t mention Meghan or Harry."

The writer continued her barrage alluding to Meghan's court victory against the Mail on Sunday for publishing letters between her and her father, Thomas Markle.

She said: “Now she has had this court case that she has won against the newspaper.

“She has won this court case, this might be a win for Meghan!"

Off the back of the case, the Aussie went on to accuse Meghan, saying “she is at war with everyone!”

Ms Elsworth suggested: “This woman falls out with everyone!

“I mean the list goes on and on!”

In a nasty jab at the Duchess of Sussex, Ms Elsworth added how she “just wishes there was a day where I don’t have to hear about Meghan Markle”.

A representative for the Sussexes has been contacted for comment.

Prince Harry will never shut doors of his return to the Royal Family (Photos)

The royal commentators, experts and historians have been sharing their opinions and knowledge about Prince Harry's memoir since the Duke of Sussex has announced to release his book.

The are rumours and speculations that Prince Harry would show no mercy to royals in his memoir and would emotionally reveal the story of his exit as a member of the Firm in his much-anticipated book.

According to some experts, the upcoming book of the royal would be a bombshell for the Queen's family, given reference to the couple's Opra view.

While, some commentators believe Harry's book will chip away at his father's credibility.

However, there are some who still cling to the hope that Harry won't disgrace his grandmother. Some of the fans speculate that the father-of-two will pay respect to the 95-year-old in his upcoming memoire to keep the doors of his return to the Royal Family open.

Omid Scobie, co-author of unauthorised biography Finding Freedom, has claimed that the couple's decision to name their daughter Lilibet a sign of how close they are to the monarch.

The royal author also said name Lilibet shows how tight the relationship was between the Queen and Meghan and Prince Harry.

"They have nothing but love for her. Of course, we saw them name their daughter after the Queen’s very nickname. So that really gives us an insight into that close relationship."

Meghan's husband Harry has announced the release of his memoir next year but it has yet to be confirmed whether the publication will happen before or after the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in June.

Here's how Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Make $650,000 a Minute (Photos)

One of the things Prince Harry and Meghan Markle vowed to do after announcing they were stepping down as senior royals in January 2020 is “work to become financially independent.” In the less than two years since that announcement, the couple has certainly done that.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have become involved in several different business ventures and thanks to a lucrative deal with one company, they are actually making over $600,000 every 60 seconds. Here’s more on how they’re pulling down so much a minute.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attend the 2021 Salute To Freedom Gala

In December 2020, the prince and former Suits star inked a deal for their Archewell Audio imprint with Spotify. The pair said they wanted to “build a community through shared experiences, powerful narratives, and universal values.”

The Telegraph reported that the deal was for £18 million ($24 million USD) but since signing on the dotted line, Meghan and Harry have only produced a three-minute trailer and a 34-minute Christmas special last year.

More content from the Sussexes was expected in 2021, however, as the year draws to a close fans have yet to hear anything from the duke and duchess.

The Sussexes are making $650,000 a minute without producing content

According to The Sun, even though no other podcast episodes have been loaded to the digital streaming service under the terms of their deal, Harry and Meghan have been paid a whopping £486,000 ($650,000 USD) per minute for less than an hour of content.

The publication noted that Spotify executives recently “gave Archewell Audio a gentle nudge to finish the content and protect the future of the multimillion-pound partnership.”

“It is interesting regarding Spotify because if you look at several of the Sussexes activities you find they’ve not actually done a great deal,” royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams said. “I think given the way the Sussexes think, they do things their own way and that would have been very clear to Spotify, Netflix, and any future sources that want deals with them. They therefore won’t feel [pressured]. How the next year is going to develop is going to be fascinating.”

How much the duke and duchess are making on another deal they have yet to produce content for

Speaking of their other deals, the one the Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed with Netflix has raised plenty of eyebrows as well.

Harry and his wife’s deal with that streaming platform was reached in September 2020 and is believed to be worth more than $100 million.

In a statement to Variety confirming the deal, the pair said: “Our lives, both independent of each other, and as a couple have allowed us to understand the power of the human spirit: of courage, resilience, and the need for connection.

Through our work with diverse communities and their environments, to shining a light on people and causes around the world, our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope.”

Meghan and Harry have yet to deliver content on the streaming platform. However, it’s believed that in 2022 they’ll debut a docuseries about the Invictus Games titled Heart of Invictus to mark Archewell Productions’ first Netflix series.

Prince Harry's memoir threatens to 'rock the Royal Family' with 'truth' (Photos)

Fears continue that a book penned by Prince Harry could contain "a huge amount of hurt" for the Royals that he left to go to the US with Meghan Markle.

Royal Correspondent Peter Hunt reckons that the book will address the Duke of Sussex's upset over how his departure was handled in what became known as Megxit.

He told LBC radio that the prince will be "wholly truthful" in his accounts and that very truth could pose long-term problems for his relations.

Mr Hunt said: “I think there is no way it will because he promised for it [his memoir] to be a truthful account."

Earlier this year Prince Harry announced that he had been penning a memoir which will be a "definitive account of the experiences, adventures, losses and life lessons that have helped shape him".

Royal insiders said the book's announcement caused a "tsunami of fear" among courtiers and family members.

Richard Kay, Daily Mail's editor-at-large, claims Prince Charles is concerned about the book being published so close to him taking the throne.

Mr Kay said: ”I think the difficulty for Prince Charles, every time now Harry opens his mouth, he's seen to chip away at his father's credibility… this must be undermining their relationship.

"They have on the horizon the prospect of Harry's autobiography or memoir – we don't know what's going to be in it.

"But we do know he has spent some time digging into his mother's relationship with his father.

''They must be dreading the publication of that book and what it will mean."

He continued: "We're edging closer to the Prince of Wales becoming monarch and every time these embarrassing situations erupt with his son, it reminds people about why they have had problems with the prospect of Charles as King.”

The book is also expected to detail the impact of his mum Princess Diana's death when he was so young.

Mr Kay argued this is another topic Prince Charles would prefer to avoid so close to his coronation.

Mr Kay added: "He's done his level best over the last 15, 20 years to try and rededicate himself to his future subjects but there are obviously difficulties.

"People still haven't forgiven or forgotten the Diana years, and Harry's constant reminder about the past makes this a really tricky transition period for Charles."

Meghan Markle beats Kate Middleton as ‘most intelligent’ royal family member (Photos)

Meghan Markle beat out royal contemporaries Kate Middleton, Prince William and even her husband Prince Harry to rank as the “most intelligent member of the royal family’ in a new study.

Educational company Oxford Royale ranked the Duchess of Sussex at the top of its list, which, according to The New York Post, is based on the royal family members’ academic credentials using the QS World University Rankings.

On the other hand, Kate Middleton ranked as the second most intelligent member of the family; she studied three A-levels and went on to study at the University of St. Andrews – it ranks at 91 on the QS World Rankings.

Meghan Markle has been officially crowned the sexiest member of the Royal Family receiving 50,000 combined global monthly searches related to physical attractiveness.

Kate Middleton took the second spot with over 18,000 average monthly searches.

Prince Harry has ranked as the sexiest male.

Research by health experts Stress-Free Health Testing analysed global Google search data to pinpoint which Royal receives the highest number of searches for various terms related to physical attractiveness.

And reveal who the public finds the sexiest once and for all.

The search term "Meghan Markle hot" was inputted a total of 30,000 times in one month, nearly three times more than searches for "Kate Middleton hot"

Searches for "Meghan Markle sexy" peaked after her explosive tell-all interview with Oprah, soaring 733% above the yearly average.

The same search term for Kate Middleton peaked when the Duchess appeared at the final day of Wimbledon in July, flying 800% above the yearly average.

In the male category, Prince Harry was ranked as the sexiest.

The term "Prince Harry hot" has 1,310 monthly searches and ‘Prince Harry sexy’ has 800 monthly average searches in the UK.

Commenting on the findings, a spokesperson for Stress-Free Health Testing said: "Even before Meghan joined the Royal Family, she was already viewed by the public as incredibly glamorous thanks to her run on hit TV show, Suits, which catapulted her to fame.

"However, this data really emphasises Meghan’s enduring power to capture the world’s attention through her beauty."

And Meghan Markle has also been crowned the smartest member of the UK Royal family, according to a new study.

The research, by international education provider Oxford Royale, analysed QS World University Rankings on everything from academic reputation to the faculty-to-student ratio for the institutions attended by key members of the Royal Family,

Experts claim this has helped them discover which royal is the brightest of all.

The results also show that Kate Middleton is the UK’s second cleverest Royal, attending the University of St Andrews alongside husband Prince William, but beating him due to better A level results.

Princesss Eugenie, Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall are also among the most intelligent members of the Royal Family.

However, it is the Duchess of Sussex who tops the intelligence list.

Meghan Markle is the smartest member of the UK Royal family, according to a new study.

The research, by international education provider Oxford Royale, analysed QS World University Rankings on everything from academic reputation to faculty-to-student ratio for the institutions attended by key members of the Royal Family,

Experts claim this has helped them discover which royal is the brightest of all.

The results also show that Kate Middleton is the UK’s second cleverest Royal, attending the University of St Andrews alongside husband Prince William, but beating him due to better A level results.

Princess Eugenie, Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall are also among the most intelligent members of the Royal Family.

However, it is the Duchess of Sussex who tops the intelligence list.

Princess Eugenie takes the crown as the UK’s fourth smartest Royal.

She studied history of art and English literature at Newcastle University.

Lady Kitty Spencer, 30, who is the niece of Princess Diana, is the only royal on the list to have a master's degree.

A spokesman for Oxford Royale, who analysed the list, said: "Life as a Royal isn’t always an easy job, and involves a lot of dealing with extensive scrutiny and life in the public spotlight, and Meghan Markle’s academic strengths have equipped her perfectly for this role.

"While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex may have resigned from their roles as working Royals, they have captured the interest and attention of the world, and Meghan’s desire to use her platform to raise awareness over serious world issues reflects her intelligence, analytical mind and educational pedigree".

Meghan Markle has reportedly managed to spark international interest with the birth of her two seemingly redheads.

This interest erupted shortly after the couple released their 2021 Christmas card that featured daughter Lilibet for the first time, alongside her redheaded brother Archie.

Many became fascinated with the impact of Prince Harry’s recessive gene in little Archie’s looks but scientists have pointed out that the MC1R redhead gene is one that needs to be inherited from both sets of parents for it to show itself in the next generation.

While lilly’s red hair has been attributed to Princess Diana’s side of the family, affectionately dubbed the Spencer gene, Meghan Markle’s redheaded ancestral gene has raised major public interest.

The chief scientist at BritainsDNA, Dr Jim Wilson, spoke to the Daily Mail regarding it all and claimed, "Families can carry a variant for generations, and when one carrier has children with another carrier, a redheaded baby can appear seemingly out of nowhere."

This means Meghan Markle’s side of the family would most definitely have had a fully red-haired member down the ancestral line.

For those unversed, on a global scale, there is only 0.5 percent, or 200 people, in the world who are redheads and they amount to only 40 million people.

Meghan Markle and her husband Prince Harry's stunning £11.2million Montecito home with their children Archie and Lilibet is undeniably luxurious, but the Duchess of Sussex lived in much more modest homes with her mother Doria Ragland as a child.

It was reportedly once the garage and loft space for the main property, and according to what appears to be a listing on Zillow, it is now estimated to be worth $1,233,200 to buy and $4,302 to rent, although the price has likely increased significantly since Doria and Meghan lived there.

Photos show three white garage doors at the ground floor level with space for parking out the front, while there were two windows and two doors on the upper level which we assume was Meghan's house. Steps lead up the side of the building, which was painted a pastel orange colour with terracotta roof tiles.

As Prince Andrew’s trial is in the works, Prince Harry could be called upon to testify against him.

According to David Boies, the attorney representing Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who claims she was forced into sexual relations with Andrew as part of Epstein’s trafficking ring, said that the Duke of Sussex could be part of the very limited depositions of the trial.

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle planning to ‘trump royals’ with delayed Christmas card (Photos)

Experts recently speculated upon the real reason Prince Harry and Meghan Markle chose to release their Christmas card “after everyone else” in a bid to “trump” the rest of the Royal Family.

Ms Levin was quite intrigued with the idea and admitted, "Well, it's quite interesting that we haven't had a Christmas card yet that's released to the public.

Before concluding Mr Graham stepped in and added, "I mean, it would be amazing if they didn't say or do anything which put them into the public limelight at some point. It'll probably be the two of them, the two kids and maybe her mother."

Meghan may leave Harry to work on something 'bigger and better', Royal commentator reveals shocker (Photos)

Lady Colin Campbell has claimed Meghan Markle would only "split professionally" from Prince Harry for something “bigger and better”.

Meghan joined Prince Harry in the Royal Family when the couple married in May 2018. However, they have since quit as working royal and relocated to the US, establishing a number of ventures together.

However, speaking on her YouTube channel, royal commentator Lady Colin Campbell, known as Lady C, has suggested these rumours are unlikely to come about.

“She [Meghan] is going to need something that is a better supply of what she requires. And I have no doubt that it is a combination of worldly as well as personal; not that easy to replace."

Lady C did, however, acknowledge that there could be some potential benefits to the couple of going their separate ways.

Splitting them up gives them twice the opportunity, twice the manoeuvrability, twice the mobility," she continued.

“If something backfires on one of them, the hope is the other won’t be tainted the way they are being when they do things jointly.”

The Sussexes have faced criticism from some commentators for their work over the last year.

When the couple signed up as impact partners to an ethical investment firm in October, they were criticised by a royal biographer who claimed they “know zero” about finance.

More recently, Harry has been called “out of touch” when he suggested that people should quit their jobs if they feel unhappy while speaking at an event for one of the projects he is involved with.

But, after a report found Meghan was the target of an online “racist” hate campaign, the prince has also taken the opportunity to hit back at online trolls.

Speaking at an online summit, he slammed the term “Megxit” as “misogynistic” and said: “More than 70% of the hate speech about my wife on Twitter can be traced to fewer than 50 accounts.”

‘Prince Harry king’ searches explode 769% after Queen Elizabeth’s worry over William (Photos)

Google searches for “Prince Harry king” have exploded by 769% after the Queen urged Prince William not to fly in helicopters alongside his family.

On Sunday it was revealed that Her Majesty had pleaded with her grandson, the Duke of Cambridge, who is third in line to the throne, to stop flying in helicopters carrying his wife and kids, in case they die and he can’t take the throne.

An unwritten rule stops senior royals flying together, but the royal protocol was relaxed as William's family were young and split their time between Kensington Palace in London and their home at Anmer Hall in Norfolk.

An insider close to the Queen said: “It keeps the Queen awake at night and she is understandably very worried.

“She knows William is a capable pilot but does not think it is worth the risk for all five of them to carry on flying together and can’t imagine what would happen. It would spark a constitutional crisis."

If such a tragic event were to take place however, Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, would ascend to the throne.

A new finding by Each Night reveals that searches for “Prince Harry king” exploded to nearly nine times the average volume on Monday.

A spokesperson for Each Night commented on the findings: “While all The Queen’s family will be incredibly precious to her, Prince William and his three children represent a bright future for the monarchy, and she will want to ensure that they stay safe and well, ready to receive the Crown.

“While William is an adept pilot, helicopters are not the safest way to travel, and if the worst were to occur, Prince Harry would then take the throne.
