Meghan Markle 'steers' Prince Harry in 'dominant' way as they're seen passing through airport

Meghan Markle showed Prince Harry some love but also seemed to be the one in charge when they were spotted at San Antonio airport.

Harry was there to support Meghan when she spoke at SXSW on Friday. Later, they went to see where Irma Garcia, a teacher, sadly lost her life in the Uvalde school shooting last year. The Instagram page DeuxMoi shared a picture of Meghan and Harry at the airport for their "Sunday Sighted" feature. They post about famous people seen during the week every Sunday.

The photo shows them from behind as they walk through the airport, probably flying back after their visit to Texas. Harry was dressed casually in a dark jumper with the sleeves pushed up and jeans, holding his jacket. Meghan was right by him, wearing cool sunglasses on her head, a black top, black leggings, and comfy shoes.

She carried a white jacket and a big white bag over her shoulder. Meghan had her hand on Harry's lower back. Body language expert Judi James says this is her way of talking to Harry without words.

Judi exclusively told The Mirror about Meghan's habitual hand on Harry's back: "Meghan has long been a fan of the steering hand touch, frequently placing a hand on Harry's back in a gesture that can have several potential uses,".

She further explained: "It's one of her favourite tie-signs or method of non-verbal communication with her husband and its use can vary from letting him know she's there at a social event and keen to get into a conversation to offering a supportive and rewarding message of almost maternal affection to steering him about to make sure he gets from A to B."

In addition, Judi suggested that Meghan's warm act could be serving dual purposes - guiding both physically and emotionally. "This touch at the airport doesn't seem to come during any social moment when she might need to be offering the more meaningful messages so it looks like the steering variety," she commented, "It's still a gesture of affection but also implied dominance, as though he might need some advice on going in the right direction."
