Heritage Foundation Criticizes Meghan Markle's White House Ambitions, Accuses Her of Exploiting Prince Harry and Royal Status

Apparently, there are rumblings and whisperings that Meghan has her eye on an even bigger prize than being a "Z-list" princess: the keys to the Oval Office itself.

Can you imagine Meghan Markle, former cable TV actress and royal thorn in the side, as the President of the United States? Talk about delusions of grandeur.

We have the Heritage Foundation, a massive conservative think tank that's currently suing the US government for details on whether the "Papa Princeling" Harry lied on his visa application.

Just casual stuff, trying to determine if the royals committed immigration fraud to gain entry to the Land of the Free. And in the opposite corner, we have Meghan Markle, the self-appointed spokeswoman for the voiceless, despite whining about her plight from her California castle.

With that colorful cast of characters established, let's dive into the Heritage Foundation's takedown of Meghan's perceived presidential aspirations. This is thunderous stuff that's going to give Meghan a bigger conniption fit than having to brave a 21-minute walk for an award show. Leading the charge is Nile Gardiner, the foundation's foreign policy analyst and former aide to Margaret Thatcher.

When asked about articles speculating on Meghan's path to the White House, Gardiner didn't mince words: Meghan has zero qualifications for running for president or public office and zero chance of ever making it to the White House.

The Heritage Foundation may be a bunch of notorious right-wingers, but even a broken clock is right twice a day, and in this instance, they're absolutely spot-on in their scalding dismissal.

Think about it: what screams "qualified to lead the Free World" less than an overprivileged Hollywood dilettante who spends more time complaining about having to be human than working an honest day in their life? Someone whose achievements amount to a failed acting career, a failed marriage, and a failed podcast where they endlessly whine about the fame they desperately crave?

Handling the most powerful office on the planet isn't as simple as dressing up in ill-fitting borrowed jewels and shaking hands with disadvantaged folks for calculated photo ops. Meghan's résumé wouldn't even qualify her to be a dog catcher in Sandringham.

Gardiner hammers that home perfectly, stating Meghan has zero qualifications for running for president or public office and zero chance of ever making it to the White House. No frills, no tiptoeing, just straight talk.

Of course, where there's unearned smoke, there's usually some lucrative grift fire flickering away. The Heritage Foundation had to address the media rumblings that Meghan was actually looking to Donald Trump's unexpected 2016 victory as a blueprint for her own.

But even setting aside how asinine the comparison is, the Heritage Foundation had the perfect response: for Meghan to have any credibility in her political ambitions, her husband, "Ginger Lambchop," would have to renounce his titles and go full US citizen.

So, imagine for a moment: President Meghan Markle, a perpetually whining and sniveling tone heard over the Resolute Desk.

If, by some eldritch cosmic fluke, she did ascend to the highest office through the shady power of celebrity, we wouldn’t have to worry about the pesky First Amendment anymore.

But at least we wouldn't have to hear about her plight anymore, right?

In other words, the Heritage Foundation's takedown is as delicious as it gets. Yes, Duchess Meghan might make her way into the occasional photo op or Vogue cover shoot, but buying and entitling her way into the most powerful office in the world? Not a chance.

And that's not just my opinion; that's coming from the Heritage Foundation, and I definitely agree.
