Netflix Cameraman Reveals Meghan Markle's Tantrums on Set, Leading Chef to Quit Cooking Show

Last month, it was revealed that the Sussexes are currently gearing up to work on two separate factual series with Netflix amid their multi-million dollar deal with the streaming platform.

One will be about the world of professional Polo, headed up by Harry, while another will focus on gardening, cooking, and lifestyle, headed up by Meghan.

Meghan's show will supposedly celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining, and friendship, with the show announced shortly after Meghan unveiled a new brand, American Riviera Orchard, which is rumored to sell home decor items and cooking condiments.
But it seems that Harry and Meghan are now shifting gears to Paramount.

What happened to the much-touted hundred-million-dollar Netflix contract and the cooking show that was supposed to be the talk of the town? Everything seemed to be going swimmingly.

However, thanks to some intriguing blind items, it has come to light that the chefs, not Meghan, are rather fed up.

Meghan, despite her self-proclaimed culinary prowess, isn't exactly a chef. Accordingly, it seems the streaming giant was quite peeved with Meghan because they expected her to participate in an upfront presentation for a new show, but she deemed it beneath her status.

The celebrity chef's reaction to this was quite something, as he's always there for his network without fail.

So, it seems the cooking show is already on shaky ground. Netflix isn't too keen on airing it, thanks in no small part to Meghan's insistence on micromanaging the chefs. Remember Selena Gomez's cooking show? Now, that was a hoot. She knew her way around the kitchen about as well as a cat knows quantum physics, and it was charming.

But Meghan, she's taking the reins and promptly driven the show off a cliff. Directors have quit, staff have walked out, and it's all become a big mess.

After the debut of a new brand in March, Meghan has faced scrutiny, leading to perceptions of her being sensitive as part of a brand launch which featured a new website and Instagram account.

Meghan distributed jars of strawberry jam, the brand's inaugural product, to 50 friends and influencers for tasting. Notably, Meghan sought to suggest the exclusivity of the jam by personally numbering each jar from 1 to 50.

Royal expert and author Tom Quinn suggests that Meghan has reached a point where she anticipates criticism for everything she does, particularly in light of the backlash surrounding the jam. Speaking to the Mirror, Mr. Quinn said, "Like her husband, she feels that people are unfairly picking on her.

She can't understand why people don't admire her work." He also said that she isn't prepared for any further criticism, adding, "She's extremely sensitive about any criticism of a luxurious lifestyle in the United States. From her point of view, this is something to be admired and not criticized."

Also, according to the publication, Meghan's currently planning a PR blitz in the run-up to American Riviera Orchard's official launch later this year. She's hoping that it will attract some new followers and ideally lead to a string of appearances on chat shows and podcasts.

Meghan may even be available to give interviews to specially selected journalists in an attempt to drive online sales. Meghan is said to be desperate to improve her image in the US and UK.
