Queen Camilla Outshines Meghan Markle with Bold Move in Podcast Season 2: Where Is Archetypes?

Queen Camilla put Meghan to shame with a new move on her podcast's second season. Where's Archetypes? The Queen's Book Club podcast returns on Monday, 2024, featuring Richard E. Grant among its guests.

Following the success of its first season, The Queen's Reading Room lets listeners in on Her Majesty's all-time favorite reads and reached the top 1% of podcasts globally after its launch in January 2024.

Grant will join a host of authors and actors set to appear on the show's next nine episodes, discussing the books that have inspired him throughout his life.

It's expected that the actor may touch upon the loss of his wife Joan, a voice coach who died of lung cancer at age 74 in 2021.

The king had been one of her final visitors in the weeks before her death. Grant previously revealed, "He came and sat with her in our garden. They talked about everything," he said of the king, who was diagnosed with cancer earlier in 2024.

The queen recently hailed the results of her book club's first scientific study, which found that five minutes of reading a day is as valuable to mental well-being as walking 10,000 steps and eating five portions of fruit and vegetables. Queen Camilla's Reading Room podcast is back for a second season, whereas Meghan's podcast is on hold until next year.

The Duchess, who was supposed to hit the ground running when she joined the monarchy, still hasn't gotten around to doing season two of Archetypes. Not that anyone's looking forward to it; the reviews are dismal.

The queen's podcast was a chart topper when it was released last year. How's that for quality? That's because the queen listens to her team. Her team makes her look good if treated right.

Meghan's one of those people who always thinks they're super busy when they schedule a pedicure or manicure on the same day. She never had a real job, she doesn't know how to organize her day and be productive. She doesn't know these things; she's an unstructured mess inside and out.

The only thing she's busy with is scrolling the internet for what people say about her. If she didn't spend so much time online clapping back in the comments section, she might actually get some work done.

The revelation comes after an insider claimed King Charles will never get past Harry berating Camilla in Spare or criticizing the family in the 2022 Netflix docuseries Harry and Meghan.

Charles is listening to people around him and agreeing that Harry is too much of a thorn in the monarchy's side, the insider continued. Meanwhile, another insider claimed Prince William doesn't want Meghan Markle or Harry to get any money from the $34 billion Crown Estate.

Charles isn't obligated to leave Harry anything, and Camilla and William are urging him not to. They see the Sussexes as greedy fame seekers who can't be trusted, said the insider, adding that William is allegedly persuading Charles to cut the California transplants out of his will.

As OK! previously reported, Harry's spokesperson confirmed that he'd not be meeting with his cancer-stricken father during his short trip.

Former royal butler Grant Harrold believes the failed interaction is something to keep an eye on. "The fact that the king said he was extremely busy, and yes, he was—he had a garden party in the afternoon—it's possible that maybe his calendar was very full," he continued. "Sadly, I think it's a sign of how much things have deteriorated and shows you the relationship between them has obviously decreased further, and again the same with Prince William."
