Kate Middleton has finally made her return to public life, appearing at the annual Trooping the Colour celebration alongside husband Prince William and their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Ahead of the event, Middleton shared a message with an update about her health, to which Gwyneth Paltrow responded with her own message of suppo rt for the princess.
"I have been blown away by all the kind messages of support and encouragement over the last couple of months. It really has made the world of difference to William and me and has helped us both through some of the harder times," Middleton wrote on Instagram, captioning a new photo of herself in a garden.
"I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days. On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well."
In response to Middleton's touching message, Paltrow commented, "So happy to see you looking so happy and well" with a red heart emoji.
While it is unclear just how close Paltrow and Middleton are, the Goop founder has brushed elbows with the royals in the past. In May of 2023, she was seen having a dinner with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle alongside her husband Brad Falchuk. Cameron Diaz and Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden also joined in for the night out.
Following Middleton's message, she attended King Charles's Trooping the Colour birthday celebration, looking radiant in a white Jenny Packham dress with a black trim.
