In an interview with The Mirror, Mr. Quinn explained: "One of Meghan's biggest problems when she lived at Kensington Palace was her belief that staff should immediately comply with her requests.
He continued, "Meghan's demanding approach is causing issues in finding staff for her new brand. She expects them to be both innovative and completely obedient to her directions."
The expert also suggested, "To achieve success with her brand, Meghan needs to accept advice and allow experienced staff to make some decisions. This is challenging for her as she isn't a natural delegator."
