Grant Haral, who served as a butler for King Charles from 2004 to 2011, has shared his perspective on how the Monarch and Queen Camilla might acknowledge Meghan Markle's birthday. Haral believes that while the royals are unlikely to make a public statement about the occasion, they will likely send Meghan a birthday message either via email or traditional mail.
Speaking on behalf of Slingo, Haral noted, "Harry will ensure Meghan is celebrated. I think they will receive messages from the King and Queen, whether electronically or through traditional mail. I still believe the King and Queen will send birthday wishes, despite the current situation."
As tensions between Prince Harry and King Charles persist, recent reports from People magazine suggest that the Monarch has stopped taking his son's calls. The last known conversation between them was earlier this year, but conflicting schedules have prevented them from meeting to address ongoing issues within the royal family.
Royal expert Robert Jobson commented on this development during the Daily Mail’s Palace Confidential podcast, saying, “The King has taken calls in the past, but anyone familiar with the situation might understand why he would be reluctant to continue if those conversations end in disputes over money and legal fees.”
