Sarah Boone, 46, told cops that her boyfriend, Jorge Torres Jr, 42, climbed into the luggage while playing an alcohol-involved hide-and-seek game at their home in Winter Park, Florida, and that she fell asleep after zipping him inside.

But a video from her cell phone allegedly shows her giggling and conversing with him as he pleads, ‘Sarah, I can’t breathe.’

The more than minute-and-a-half clip shows a blue suitcase facedown and flat on the carpet near the kitchen.

‘For everything you’ve done to me, for everything you’ve done to me. F*** you. F*** you. Stupid,’ a woman can be heard saying.

Torres says through the luggage: ‘Sarah, Sarah.’

‘That’s my name. Don’t wear it out,’ the woman replies.

‘Yeah, that’s what you do when you choke me.’

Boone allegedly adds: ‘Oh, that’s what I feel like when you cheat on me.’

As Torres repeatedly says, ‘I can’t breathe baby,’ the woman says, ‘That’s on you.’

The woman concludes: ‘You should probably shut the f*** up. Shhh…’

After some movement inside the suitcase, the video cuts off.

Boone said she and Torres were drinking Woodbridge Chardonnay and working on a puzzle and painting when they pivoted to hide-and-seek. She said she hid in the shower and then went downstairs and found him in the living room. Boone claimed that they both decided to zip Torres inside the luggage and that she left two of his fingers sticking out.

She said she dozed off under the assumption that Torres could get out of the luggage easily, court documents state. Boone claimed that she woke up in the morning, unzipped the luggage and found him unresponsive.

Boone was arrested in February 2020.

After cops discovered the footage in her phone, she was charged with second-degree murder.

Boone has pleaded not guilty and switched attorneys several times, which caused delays in her case.

Jury selection in the trial is scheduled to start on October 14.

If found guilty, Boone could be sentenced to life in prison.
