The necklace is a bespoke, exclusive pendant designed by The Gold Album in collaboration with CHLA (Children’s Hospital Los Angeles) Heart Ambassador Kelly McKee Zajfen. The red heart necklace serves a special purpose: 15% of proceeds from each purchase go directly to CHLA, helping to provide life-saving care to children in need.

According to *Hello!*, there’s speculation that this heart-shaped pendant may have been a thoughtful Valentine’s Day gift from Prince Harry, or perhaps a special gesture to show his support for Meghan’s passion for charity work.
