Meghan Markle Receives Support from Hollywood Actress Amid Backlash

Meghan Markle has received a message of support from her close friend and former *Suits* co-star, Abigail Spencer, amid ongoing backlash surrounding her latest venture, *With Love, Meghan.

For those unfamiliar, the Duchess of Sussex's Netflix cooking series, *With Love, Meghan,* premiered on March 4. 

The show features Meghan preparing and sharing her favorite recipes while offering kitchen tips, all in the company of her close friends.

In an exclusive conversation with *Hello!* magazine, Abigail opened up about her experience filming the series alongside Meghan. “We have a very private friendship, so choosing to let people in on part of that is… it’s very private. But I’m glad that we got to share a little bit of it,” she shared.

The actress went on to praise Meghan’s hospitality, saying, “Meghan is the hostess with the most. She has literally been like this for years.”

Abigail explained that she joined Meghan’s cooking series to support her friend, emphasizing that the project was born from Meghan’s “heart.” She added, “…it was so natural, and I was really just there to have fun, to delight in her, and to be a safe space.”

The *Timeless* star expressed her pride in Meghan for creating something that is “very authentic” to who she is. 

“I’ve known her a long time, and she was doing all of this many, many years ago. I’m grateful that it came back around,” Abigail said.

As Meghan continues to face criticism, her friends remain by her side, celebrating her passion and dedication to bringing her creative vision to life.
