Prince William Sides with Meghan Markle Over Prince Harry and Royal Duty  

Prince Harry has reportedly shifted his focus to supporting his wife, Meghan Markle, ever since he stepped away from royal duties and moved to the United States in 2020.  

The Duke of Sussex is now facing yet another setback from the royal family, this time amid King Charles III’s ongoing health struggles. Buckingham Palace appears to have deliberately left Harry out of the loop regarding his father’s recent brief hospitalization, which was triggered by side effects from his cancer treatment. 

Sources claim the Duke only learned about King Charles’ condition when the news was made public to everyone else.  

An insider recently told The Sun that Harry is feeling “lonelier than ever” as he rarely leaves his Montecito mansion.

 This week, Monday marks the fifth anniversary of “Megxit,” the couple’s dramatic exit from royal life. Meanwhile, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, has been forging ahead with her own personal ventures, leaving Harry seemingly in her shadow.  

“First he was a spare to William, and now he’s increasingly looking like a spare to Meghan — it’s not a flattering image,” one source remarked to The Sun. Another insider added, “He misses his family desperately, but no one’s talking to him anymore. He’d love to just grab a beer with the guys, but his only friends these days are the husbands of Meghan’s inner circle.”  

Some royal experts suggest that Buckingham Palace is intentionally keeping the Duke at a distance. This comes as King Charles was forced to cancel several engagements on Thursday following his unexpected hospital admission. 

The growing divide between Harry and the royal family continues to fuel speculation about his role — or lack thereof — in both royal and personal spheres.
