Kanye West, one of the most influential and controversial figures in pop culture, has once again taken to social media to express what he describes as a painful and ongoing custody battle.
“Why are you all watching and letting Kim take my kids from me in real time?” Kanye asked, directly naming fellow celebrities such as Jay Z, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, Donald Trump, and Elon Musk. “As celebrities, we are a family in a way. We are all in the same boat.”

He acknowledged that many have blamed his past actions and childhood trauma for his recent behavior, but insisted that nothing could justify being separated from his children. “You guys can make a difference,” he wrote. “I’m shaking typing this.”
He went on to claim that since he wore the red "Make America Great Again" hat, he has faced severe consequences—including what he describes as having his parental rights stripped and being institutionalised. “That’s when I had a breakdown and was put in the hospital,” he shared.
In the posts, Kanye emphasized his desire not only to see his kids, but to be actively involved in raising them. “I don’t need to just ‘see’ my kids. I need to raise them,” he said. “I’m a good dad. I’m a great father to have.”
One of the more shocking revelations from the tweets included a memory he says was triggered by a song—recollecting a day at Kylie Jenner’s house following Kobe Bryant’s death.
“I need a plan to exercise my rights with my kids,” he wrote, admitting he has figured out many things in life but not this. “It cuts me to my core that my kids are being indoctrinated to serve ideals to Black people… and everyone just watches.”
