Prince Harry has been battling to reverse a decision that saw his security downgraded after he ceased being a working Royal and relocated - famously - to the California with wife Meghan. The 40 year old has long expressed his concerns about safety, which have stopped him from bringing his wife and two children Archie and Lilibet to the UK.

However, other Royal Family members who don't have round-the-clock protection in the UK. Prince Andrew forfeited his state-funded security when he withdrew from Royal duties in 2019, reports the Express.
Similarly, Princess Beatrice, 36, and Princess Eugenie, 35, do not receive security as they are not working royals. The sisters once had police protection costing £500,000 annually, but this was withdrawn by the late Queen Elizabeth II in 2011 amid a row over expenses.
In 2010, the now-King Charles reportedly voiced concerns about Eugenie's significant security costs while she was travelling during her gap year.
Another of the King's nieces, Zara Tindall, also lacks police protection as she, like Eugenie and Beatrice, is not a working Royal. Princess Anne, Prince Edward and Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh are among the royals who do not have round-the-clock security.
