Justin Bieber is raising eyebrows once again – this time over his gushing response to Kendall Jenner's Vogue cover which has resurfaced amid backlash to his comments about wife Hailey Bieber's magazine front.
In a now-edited post, Justin initially revealed that he once got into a heated argument with his spouse where he told her she would never land the magazine's front page, but had been proved wrong with the publication's summer 2025 star.
And eagle-eyed social media users have spotted that his remark couldn't have been further from his comments about friend Kendall's appearance on the same publication's front page almost a decade before.
In April 2016, Justin shared Kendall's Vogue cover to his Instagram page alongside a caption that read: 'Congrats Ken you look beautiful.'
Justin's gushing comments about Kendall, when compared to his words for his wife Hailey, didn't go unnoticed by social media users who rushed to comment on the near-decade old upload.
Commenting on the post, one said: 'Welp, this didn't age well.'
'Coulda been this simple,' another penned.

A third added: 'You had one job Justin.'
'This how you should've posted about your wife's cover,' a fourth wrote.
Unfortunately, Justin's sense of humor did not land with his or Hailey's fans this week as he divulged why her Vogue cover was a full circle moment for them as couple.
'Yo this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight, I told hails that she would never be on the cover of vogue, Yikes I know, so mean, For some reason because I felt so disrespected I thought I gotta get even,' he explained.
He continued: 'think as we mature we realize that we're not helping anything by getting even, we're honestly just prolonging what we really want which is intimacy and connection.'
Justin concluded his post by writing a message directly to Hailey, which read: 'So baby u already know but forgive me for saying u wouldn't get a vogue cover cuz clearly i was sadly mistaken.' (sic)
Many saw his caption as a backhanded compliment and something 'so unnecessary' to share with his more than 294 million Instagram followers.
'It's okay to have secrets Justin,' one commented.

Justin Bieber scrutinized over 'balding' snaps following scathing comments about wife Hailey

'Why would you write something like that... put that phone down please,' a third urged.
But it seems as though Justin and Hailey's marriage is going strong.
In her interview with Vogue, Hailey noted that Justin sees her as a 'superhero' after welcoming their child.
'At least that was the case for me,' she said. And Hailey added their baby made their marriage even stronger.
'It's been my biggest teacher so far,' she said, 'the biggest teacher in my relationship. You see your partner so differently.'
Justin is an 'amazing dad,' she continued. 'I think you empathize with your parents a lot more. There's so much perspective that comes with it.'

Justin also emailed the journalist a cute note about his wife of seven years.
'I've done a lot of dumb things in my life,' he wrote, 'but the smartest thing I've ever done was marry Hailey.'
'She's in the spotlight and has the attention because of her effortless knack for style, business, art, and fashion,' he continued.
'And the way she makes being a mom and wife look easy.'
