Mother caught on tape beating and punching her 3-year old

A mother has been caught on tape beating her 3-year-old son with a leather for allegedly spilling soda and breaking the bottle while he ate.
The incident which took place in Honduras saw the mother hitting the child several times before 
Reports also have it this won't be the first time such is happening.
