Emeka Ihedioha, Imo state Governor elect receives his Certificate of Return from INEC

Emeka Ihedioha, the Imo state Governor elect has just received his certificate of return today at the INEC Headquarters in Owerri.

Speaking with newsmen afterwards, the  PDP governorship candidate who  defeated Okorocha's inlaw Uche Nwosu and  Hope Uzodinma of the All Progressive Congress, said he dedicates his victory to God and Ndi Imo.
