Antonio Rudiger has declared himself fit for a return to the Chelsea first-team, according to reports.
The German defender made his first appearance since April in Monday's U23 win over Liverpool.
He managed to get through 90 minutes which would've had pleased manager Frank Lampard, who was watching from the stands.
The Sunsays Rudiger feels ready to face Norwich City this Saturday.
Lampard must now decide whether to use the experienced centre-back at Carrow Road as he looks for his first Premier League victory as Blues boss.
