Following music producer Rodney Jones' $30 million lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs, a resurfaced interview online shows discussions about Prince Harry possibly attending the rapper's parties.
Combs made an appearance on the BBC chat show, The Graham Norton Show, which aired in January 2011 and discussed the number of parties Combs has been known to throw as well as the celebrities who are often in attendance.
However, when Combs was asked by host Norton, "I read that you want to get Prince William and Prince Harry to a Diddy party." The rapper said, "I don't think, not anymore I mean before you know...trust me they are off the list. Before they were young bucks growing up they were getting in a lot of trouble themselves, I was like 'Hey why don't you come hang out with me.'"
In recent months, Combs has been hit with several legal battles, with lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and trafficking.
The resurfaced interview comes as Prince Harry was one of a number of celebrities that have been named in Tuesday's court filings connected to Jones' lawsuit.
Jones filed his lawsuit on February 26, making a number of accusations against Combs, including sexual misconduct and grooming. Jones has also accused Combs of participating in sex-trafficking activity. Attorneys for Combs have strongly denied the allegations, previously telling Newsweek, "We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies."
Jones' filing to the federal district court in New York lists in detail his allegations, with one section claiming that Combs' music industry associates, who are also named in the lawsuit, financially benefited from facilitating his alleged unlawful behavior, gaining access to his powerful connections.
Among the benefits enjoyed by music industry parties, Jones' lawyers claimed, was "affiliation and access to Mr. Combs' popularity."
In the court filing seen by Newsweek, it is alleged that through this popularity Combs' associates gained access to "celebrities such as famous athletes, political figures, artists, musicians, and international dignitaries like British Royal, Prince Harry."
The prince has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
Harry and Combs have been publicly photographed together only once in 2007 when the rapper was invited to play at a special concert in London that was organized to mark the tenth anniversary of Princess Diana's death.
Titled "Concert for Diana," the lineup of performers included Combs, Elton John, Pharrell Williams, Lily Allen, Kanye West and Andrea Bocelli.
After the show, both Princes William and Harry were photographed meeting groups of the performers, with images showing them posing with Combs and Kanye West, this photo was also shown in The Graham Norton Show episode.
The court filing comes after federal authorities on Monday raided homes reportedly owned by Combs in Los Angeles, California, and Miami, Florida, according to local media outlets.
Investigators with the Department of Homeland Security executed search warrants at properties belonging to Combs in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of West Los Angeles, and in Miami on Monday afternoon.
The raids are reportedly tied to sex-trafficking allegations leveled by different plaintiffs in recent months, the Associated Press reported, citing law enforcement sources.

Bradford, who has lived in New York for decades, claimed: 'Meghan came to the UK imagining she'd be the star of the red carpet, even though she wasn't much more than a starlet in America.'
"What she didn't realise is that we already have a shining star on the red carpet, someone who's been there for 70 years. She's called the Queen," the author told The Daily Mail.
She added: 'The Queen is magnificent, and William and Kate grow in stature day by day. She's divine — and how does she stay so slim?'

Meghan flew commercial on secret trip to Toronto
Duchess Meghan made a secret trip to Toronto to visit her best friend, visionary style consultant and entrepreneur Jessica Mulroney.
Meghan, 37, who traveled without Prince Harry, flew commercial round-trip to Toronto for the three-day trip, ABC News has learned.
“Meghan spent three days holed up at Jessica Mulroney and her husband Ben’s home in Toronto,” said Omid Scobie, ABC News royal contributor. “They spent their days catching up, cooking together and, of course, playing with Jessica’s children, who love their 'Auntie Meg.'”

Meghan and Jessica, who met while Meghan lived in Toronto while filming “Suits,” also had a chance to catch up with old friends during Meghan’s under-the-radar visit.

Mulroney and her family played a starring role in Meghan’s May wedding to Prince Harry on the grounds of Windsor Castle.

Mulroney and her husband sat in the front row at the wedding, across the aisle from the royal family. Their twin sons, Brian and John, served as page boys in the wedding and their daughter, Ivy, was a bridesmaid.
Brian and John, 7, memorably held the train of Meghan’s Givenchy dress as she walked up the steps of St. George’s Chapel.
Mulroney, also a bridal consultant, assisted Meghan with planning her high-profile wedding. She has also continued to consult her best friend on style choices for high-profile royal engagements.

Meghan wore a $595 tuxedo dress by a Canadian designer, Judith and Charles, when she and Harry attended a gala performance of “Hamilton” Wednesday in London.

Next spring, Meghan and Harry are scheduled to make their first tour to the United States at the request of the U.K. Foreign Office and the British government.
Meghan reportedly has no plans to visit her father, Thomas Markle, who has caused tension with her by speaking to the press.
